New snares- Birthday month

Thought I would post some pics of my new snares I got this past month (B/D month..lol)...the snares are a Yamaha Sonny Emory (signature) snare (10 ply beechwood) and a vintage series Maple (4 ply w/ 6 ply rings)...both snares are done in vintage finish..this finish ages over time to a slightly darker finish...

Hi Scott.
That's a great looking pair of snares you got there.
I especially like the deffinition of the woodgrain on the beech snare, simply gorgeous! :)

Hi Scott, the snare drums are absolutely gorgeous. I have to say that I also enjoy the Beech, the Grain is hot on that snare drum. You know what would look good in that collection???? A Knipe Snare Drum, Custom of course. :)
