I apologize for my playing, I am rusty and busy with work and drum shells. I hope you get the jist of the base sounds not that it matters with sampling. Tom ;D

Hi Tom,
Thanks for the demo. I don`t think I got it all though. All I got was 17 sec. of the oak custom I think. I only see one download . How can I get the rest.
Pardon me but I am new here, Alvis

Hi Tom.
Thank you for going that demo MP3.
I enjoyed listening to the various sounds from the new module and I noticed the hihat is just awesome sound wise and nuance wise as well.
If that was you being rusty, I'd love to hear you play when you're in top form! you did some neat stuff in there! :)
Thanks again.
Take care

Tom I love those sounds... But I couldn't help but notice how unnatural those toms sounds were.. just like IIs and TD-20's tom rolls. Can you layer those tom sounds horizontally(alternate), so about 2-3 of the same sound at different pitch and volume. The nuance of the toms and everything else from the lowest to the highest velocity are awesome.. they all seem to be multi velocity layered samples?

Cheers
Kev

Hey Kev, I suppose you could do that, you know my ultimate goal is to use 3rd party samples with it so I will have to research that questions. I am going to work on the module a bit more everynight this week. Talk to you soon and enjoy your holiday. T :)

Sorry about the length of the demo I did last night. I will work on new stuff today and break it into kits. I want to remind everyone that these are all base kits, I am not tweaking them and the snare pad has been changed to a mesh pd clone. I was planning on playing the demo kits to various midis or play alongs so you can hear the sounds in the mix.

I just purchased my 2nd DTXtreme3 to use with various projects and to do all my various sampling projects. I cant thank Eric, Tyler & Drew from RMC Audio enough for helping me out with my equipment. Thank You folks and it really is great having you here. Tom :)

I cant recommend RMC Audio enough
