Hi all.
My name is Jack.
I used to drum as a teen in a basement band.
I took a 28 year break from drumming and 2 and a half years ago found out about these eDrums, so my girlfriend and I went looking and she talked me into buying a DTXtreme IIs.
Due to my living arrangements, I couldn't get acoustic drums. After playing the eDrums for a bit I really got into it and have been hooked since, I've expanded my kit and have just recently bought the new DTXtreme III standard kit. I don't gig, I play as a hobby with no intentions to play in a band due to my weird work schedules.
I'm now 49 years old, I'm finding out I don't have the dexterity or endurance I had as a teen LOL, this getting old thing sucks! LOL :)
I work for the Railway in Calgary, Alberta, Canada so I get a lot of exposure to the wonderful weather we get here, freezing cold and rain and wind, oh look, we actually had a nice day today, first one in 3 weeks! HAHAHA :D
I'm very opinionated in the music I listen or don't listen too, I hate country, rap, polkas, er, uh, to make a long story short, I hate everything I don't like! LOL :p
