My name is Fig Newton and i would like you consider me for the position of Edrum Forum Poster.
I started banging on things at an early age. My dad was a carpenter so i would make sticks out of scrap wood and bang on the tops of paint cans.
Started playing of all things the trombone in grade school, till i saw a Metal Band play at Six Flags over Texas. Played drums all through school, marching band, college, church.
Then while in college discovered Beer and Girls and you could get both while playing in a band. :)
After College, Toured, Recorded, Got Signed, Got Burned Out, Got Married, Got Kids.
Took a couple years off, Moved to San Antonio Texas, Discovered Edrums, play pick up gigs here and there.
I currently am in love with VST and run a Pintech/Hart/Roland/Ddrum kit that is way too much fun.
