I started a new thread since we have a naLame for the event. I figured we might as well use it.
I just signed up John Emrich to do a clinic.
Alan and VExpression Ltd are going to be a sponsor and provide prizes.
George Lawrence of George's Drum Shop and the drummer for POCO is going to lend a hand with promotion and contacts. (Trivia: George played the Synare parts on the song "Ring My Bell.")
I have had contacts from some vendors, small and large. I can't say anything till it's official, but we might have an interesting assortment of displays and clinics.
I need to update the web page today.
Due to expenses, I think I am going to have to charge a $10 admission. Anyone see a problem with that? I will set it up so I can take checks and PayPal at the website.
I am also thinking of having T-Shirts for the event. It might only be preorder. Like when you register, its like $10 for admission, $25 for admission and a shirt. That way I don't have to make to many extra.
Anymore ideas. Keep em' flowing.
