Start 'em early

So I got around to getting the set all put together and all fo the cymbals up. I was just getting started on settings on the TD-10 when Nikki brought Maddie down to see what I was doing...well, that of course leads to a significant amount of curiousity. And here's the result. You know, of course, that I'm absolutely giddy to think of her wanting to play drums. This also means that when she's mobile and able to figure out how to open a door, this will become a locked room!

I bought Tommy a set of light up sticks for Christmas this year and at 17 months old he just loves to beat on stuff. So I am hoping that Knipe Drums becomes and son. ;D

I bought my 3 year old a pair of sticks at Sam Ash. The kind that are wrapped in sparkles. He just uses them as weapons.
