Td-20 vs Td-12

What if any would be the advantage of the Td-20 with TDW-20 over Td-12 in triggering BFD, S2? Thanks wbrs

The TD-20 has more inputs for pads / cymbals / trigger devices. Other than that, if you are just using it for MIDI triggering, an Alesis IO would probably work as well. Unless you are using pure Roland equipment, some users have declared some incompatibilities with the IO and Roland trigger devices. If you want pure Roland, you could go cheaper and buy a used TD-10 or TD-8 or even one or two TMC-6..
