Looks like i picked up a gig on Fridays in Jan.
If you are in the San Antonio Area on Fridays come out and laugh at the drum stylings of Fig Newton!!
It pays well and i get a bar tab!!! I will definatley share the wealth with my Edrum brothers and sisters.

Are you playing Taco Land? Not to hijack the thread, but.. Tell us about the gig.

(Taco Land is a venue in SA, TX. Made famous (to me) by the Dead Milkmen. I always wanted to go there. The week I was in San Antonio for business, the owner was murdered, and it was shut down for the investigation. I'd like to know what happened..)

Thats right it was a couple years ago, pretty sure it was robbery/murder. Made the news all over. The last time i was in that area there was a old school/hardcore Honkey Tonk band playing which is pretty big down here.
Kinda weird when you see a band and the band starts playing a Merle Haggard song.

Dont know if i have mentioned it before, but it is an on again off again Live Karaoke band, lot of 80's and a lot of Hair Metal!!
