My kit has gone through several transformations over the past 2 years but I figured I'd put a video together showing the current configuration of it .
The following is a video based description of my layout on my custom built Blastech drumkit with all the other components , and also some things that personally make a difference to me when it comes to electronic drum gear on my kit .

I was wondering when your newest set-up was going to amke an appearance Sam. Very nice.
Are those external triggers on the Blastech drums?

Thanks Wes ,
Yep , I've been pretty busy with work but found a little time to put a quick video together . I have some more videos of just playing various stuff on the kit that will be posted soon . The cymbal sounds are all from one of the ddrum4SE 1.54 modules that I picked up just recently .
Yeah those are ddrum pro external triggers I put on them . The internal triggers in the Blastech's work great but with alot of the advanced dynamics and layers of sounds within the ddrum3 modules samples it takes a bit more tweaking to get them dialed in so I figured I'd just add the ddrum external ones .

Thanks guys ,
I just hit record on my camera and pretty much just went with it . I didn't really want it to seem to scripted , and I'm also currently dealing with a chest cold ( notice the throat clearing in the video :( ) .
I changed out some things on my kit right before I shot the video so there's a few things in there that I don't have on my pics yet ( the ddrum4SE 1.54 module & 2 Pintech NR-6's ) . I'm still exploring the sound samples in the newer ddrum module I added too , so the drum stuff is pretty basic as far as the cymbal sounds coming from the ddrum4 module goes . There's a bit more samples that I'm checking out and I have a full disc of ddrum's library of basically all the sounds that they made for the ddrum4 module so I'll be adding some additional ones to it .
